Recently, the Chinese LED industry has made a significant breakthrough. A leading domestic semiconductor company has officially announced the completion and start of production of an 8-inch GaN-on-Silicon (GaN-on-Si) Micro LED IDM (Integrated Device Manufacturing) production line. The commissioning of this production line marks a critical step in China's core manufacturing technology for Micro LED, providing strong technical support for future high-end display, automotive display, and wearable device applications.
