South Korean LED giant Seoul Semiconductor receives "High-tech Enterprise" certification in Vietnam, leading innovation and upgrading in the Southeast Asian market.

Recently, Seoul Semiconductor, a well-known South Korean LED company, was officially granted the "High-Tech Enterprise" certification by the Vietnamese government, marking the official recognition of its technical strength and innovation achievements in the Vietnamese market. This certification not only highlights Seoul Semiconductor's leading position in the LED industry but also lays a solid foundation for its further expansion into the Southeast Asian market.

As a global leader in LED chip and packaging solutions, Seoul Semiconductor continues to lead the industry in improving light source efficiency and color performance, thanks to its proprietary WPC (White Phosphor Conversion) technology. The award of the "High-Tech Enterprise" title in Vietnam is mainly based on its multiple core technological breakthroughs in application areas such as smart lighting, automotive LEDs, and medical lighting, as well as the efficient R&D and production system established locally in Vietnam.

According to data from the Vietnamese Ministry of Science and Technology, this certification is only awarded to enterprises with independent intellectual property rights, high R&D investment ratios, and strong market competitiveness. The branch office of Seoul Semiconductor in Vietnam has successfully launched multiple LED products that meet local market demands, covering industrial lighting, commercial lighting, and intelligent control systems, which are widely applied in logistics, manufacturing, and smart city sectors.

Notably, GOPRO LED, a leading domestic supplier of LED solutions, is also actively expanding its presence in the Southeast Asian market. Its independently developed high-reliability LED driver solutions and intelligent dimming technology have been successfully integrated with Seoul Semiconductor's products in multiple projects, demonstrating good compatibility and performance advantages. In the future, both companies are expected to deepen their collaboration in more specialized fields, jointly promoting the implementation and development of LED technology in emerging markets.

With the continuous growth of global demand for green energy and smart lighting, Seoul Semiconductor's ongoing investments and technology exports in Vietnam will further consolidate its strategic position in the Asia-Pacific region. At the same time, this certification also provides a useful reference for other Chinese LED companies, encouraging more domestic enterprises to strengthen technological research and development and internationalization strategies to better cope with global market competition challenges.
