The collaboration between Marvell and Mojo Vision focuses on enhancing the high-density interconnection capability between Micro-LED chips. By optimizing the integration of chip-level packaging (CSP) with advanced packaging technologies, it aims to achieve more efficient and stable signal transmission.

Mojo Vision, a company specializing in miniaturized display technology, has made breakthrough progress in wearable devices such as smart glasses with its self-developed "Pixel-level" Micro-LED solution. Meanwhile, Marvell, leveraging its deep expertise in high-speed communication and advanced packaging, provides foundational support for high-performance data transmission in Micro-LED systems. The jointly developed solution is expected to increase the pixel density of Micro-LED to over 1,000 PPI per inch, significantly surpassing traditional OLED and LCD technologies.
